- Influencer Marketing Campaign: Campaign management, including influencer selection, content production, and post-production services.
3. Service Packages
We offer different service packages, including but not limited to:
- Standart UGC Plan: Includes a fixed number of videos, actor selection, and basic post-production.
- Premium UGC Plan: Includes high-quality UGC, complex graphics, extended video length, and detailed post-production.
- Influencer (Advertising) Campaign Standart: Includes a specified number of influencers, an advertising budget range, and comprehensive campaign management.
- Influencer (Advertising) Campaign Premium: Includes unlimited influencers, a higher advertising budget range, and extended delivery time.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Fixed Pricing: Prices are fixed for each package as described. Any additional services or modifications will incur extra charges.
- Commission Fees: Applicable commission fees are outlined for influencer campaigns.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments must be made in the currency specified by us.
5. Content Creation and Revisions
- Technical Assignment: You are responsible for providing a clear and detailed technical assignment.
- Revisions: The number of revisions included varies by package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary by package. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery timeframe but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any content provided to us. We retain ownership of any content created by us until full payment is received.
- Licensing: By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish the content for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms.
